Every home should have their HVAC system inspected twice a year, once in the spring for your air conditioner, and once in fall for your heater. Have an EPA certified technician come out and check your system for only $76.50, with any additional systems at the same address for only $56.50! Pretty terrible company, with lack of communication. 0/5 stars.
They arrived early (40 minutes) to the first appointment. They arrived at 11:20 am, when my appointment was at 12 pm. I got there at 12:05 and they had already left, even though I called and let them know that I would arrived at 12:05
The second appointment, I waited for the whole day (more than 6 hours) for them to arrive. They did not answer my phone calls, and I had to get another vendor to come, that my homeowner's warranty did not cover

I only used them because they are who my home warranty company has contracted with. They installed a new a/c unit last week. Within two days it wasn't cooling. The technician couldn't get out until the next day. He said it was a freon issue, and charged it. The next day, same problem. Blowing hot air. Numerous calls were met with "sorry, we are booked and can't get to it." They promised to send someone the next day. No calls, nobody showed up. My calls and texts were not answered. This is the third day and still nothing. Their website says that they have 24
