Our firm was founded in 1988 by George L Vuoso and Rick J Pielago. Vuoso, Pielago & Company, CPA's was established to provide personalized and professional accounting and tax services. Since our inception, our purpose has been to combine the experience of our professionals to build a full-service accounting firm capable of providing personalized service to each client.

In 2009, George Vuoso unexpectedly passed away. In 2011, our firm welcomed David M. Spranza CPA, MBT as a new partner and we have since formed Vuoso, Pielago, Spranza & Associates, Inc. I filed my taxes late June in 2013 and was in no rush for the return. When I didn't receive a return after three months, I called the office for answers and was told given an excuse about the slow IRS & sequestration. I still haven't received my return and after calling the office in again in December, I learned my return was rejected for some reason, yet VPS & Assoc. didn't let me know. One star, not for the delay of return, but strictly for a rejected tax return AND most importantly failing to inform me, the client, of the rejected return and need to file again. Poor
