I took my PC here and had an SSD installed. They installed it but removed the HDD without my permission first. I wanted to keep my HDD in my PC but when I got there they just handed my PC to me and said "Oh by the way we had to take out the HDD." They should have called me first and asked me for my permission because it's my PC. They were only supposed to install the SSD, not remove anything.

THEIR COMITMENT TO CUSTOMERS IS OUTSTANDING! THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF. They sometimes get in a rush and don't explain everything but that is over shadowed by every other aspect that a consumer would expect. They are a simple phone call away and in many circumstances can even remote in to assist remotely while you watch them work from the comfort of your home/ business.
