Had a dishwasher that I was trying to get repaired. He showed up for the initial appointment and paid him the diagnostic fee. He supposedly ordered the part to repair the unit. Spoke to him last week and he said he was coming Friday. Didn't show, didn't call. I called him earlier this week and he never returned my call. Looks like I'm out $80 and I need to call someone else because my dishwasher still isn't working. Returning calls and appointment management is Customer Service 101.

Came to my house in 2015 to diagnose an issue with my SubZero fridge and with my Wolf range.
I spent a few hundred dollars filling up the fridge with freon that had a "slow leak". After his repair, the fridge ended up having ice buildup and what I actually need done is more intensive. I called a sub zero specialist instead who has been working on these fridges solely for 20 years.
He also was supposed to get back to me with the cost of parts and labor to fix the stove. I called 3 times and every time he said he would get back to me within days and never followed up. It's been

Call someone else. Spoke with Martin and scheduled a service call for next day. He didn't show up for service and didn't answer his phone until the afternoon. Once I got a hold of him told me he can be there in 2 hours he had an emergency and couldn't come at scheduled visit time. After 2 hours he Never showed. I wasted an entire day waiting for ET Service to show up for a service call. No communication and no heads up that they couldn't make it. A day off work is valuable and this guy absolutely screwed me. Pick up the phone and treat your customers with respect if you can

Martin (owner of E.T. Service) diagnosed both our microwave problem and washing machine problems very quickly. He fixed our washing machine during his initial service call last week, and when the part came in for our microwave he came the next morning and fixed that quickly as well.
Martin was very professional and courteous. I'll definitely be using him again when needed.
