My wife and I had a recent bad experience with Annaville tax service,Corpus Christi Tx.We wrote a valid ck for tax prep.28 Mar 2019.notified by tax service 12 April 19 ck returned for stop payment.25.00 penalty fee to tax service. Notified bank 13 April,research ck,bank rep found ck still valid,rejected by online banking sys,system was off-line.tax service was aware sys was down for update when they tried to cash ck.bank asked that we notify tax service,re-submit ck they would cash it and waive penalty.notified tax service owner,not interested,her time to valuable

Online it said it was open and when I got there it was closed, and they wasn't even a sign to let me know. This is after finally finding it as they have marked their adress on google maps as the apartment complex down the street. However, I did fix the google location so that the directions are now correct.
