I had an emergency dental need, and they were very accommodating to get me in right away and help. All the staff were very welcoming and went out of the way to make you comfortable. I'm always treated with respect and care while I'm at Red Cedar Dentistry. They take the time to explain why something is wrong and ways to fix it while leaving you in the driver seat.

I had a very positive experience. After not being to a dentist in like 10 years I was super nervous. Everyone in the office put me at ease by being friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was fabulous as she explained everything that was happening and made sure I understood. The dentist also explained things well. It was a very positive experience. I can probably stop hating the dentist now.

Had two kids appointments, got them both in at the same time - which is a win in itself. Both hygienists were friendly, efficient, and reassuring to the kids. The office was immaculate and welcoming. And finally the dentist was quick to attend to us but not rushed, professional, and so sweet. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hastings and each member of her staff were personable, caring, efficient and very knowledgeable. On completing my first visit, I received a written estimate of work to be done and listing work as necessary right now and optional, with anticipated insurance payments. Red Cedar Dentistry is my new home for my dental needs!

I'm new to Red Cedar Dentistry, but I've found the organization to be easy to work with regarding insurance and transitioning to self-funded dental care. There is good communication for setting up appointments, reminders, etc. I recently had some dental work done that was a bit challenging, but Dr Hastings was upbeat and confident in finding solutions and creating a loyal patient. Any questions I have always are answered honestly and in a helpful manner.

If you are searching for the a qualified dentist and good service you definitely have to come to the Red Cedar Dentistry. I was looking for the dentricity that works with my insurance(I have delta dental) and happened that just few clinics work with it. I've left the request online. And the receptionist called me right away even if it was already after work hours. The appointment was scheduled for the next week.
