Services
Dwight Lessman served Central Texas as an attorney practicing both criminal and civil law until his death in 1994. After graduating from Baylor University, he served his country as a Naval Officer with his last service post as the Commanding Officer of the Naval Reserve Station in Waco, Texas. He graduated from Marlin High School in 1966, Baylor University in 1970, and South Texas College of Law in 1990.
It is undeniably hard to be charged with a criminal offense. Not many life experiences can test an individual, their family, or their friends as much as a criminal case. We take each case very seriously and will do our best in representing you. We believe that the best defense can only be developed with good teamwork between us.
Since 2011, Denny has served Texas cities as municipal judge, city prosecutor, and city attorney. Through this experience he has acquired a lot of knowledge, skill, and expertise needed for these very important positions.

For example, legal disputes over land ownership, boundaries, and improvements are very common in the courtroom. Outside of the courtroom, the drafting of deeds, title history research, real estate sales, and wills are very common.

Most honest person in town when it comes to a lawyer. He'll tell you up front if he's good for your situation or not, instead of taking a few thousand dollars from you and then telling you. I've used him a few times now and haven't been disappointed yet. It's hard to find an honest one in this business, but if you find Denny, you're in luck .
