I love this salon! I have been going here for years and they never disappoint! Lisa and her employees are wonderful and do an excellent job! I’ve seen people bring in outrageous pictures for them to copy and they crush it every time. Highly recommend this salon to everyone!

My daughter and I went to Nail Bliss this morning for spur of the moment pedicures after being referred by a friend. The pice was right, they were polite, and we were in and out quickly. I don’t get pedicures often but the massage and service were great! We were very happy 😊

I’ve been going here for years and I used to always request Lisa because she took her time and did a great job. Slowly she started to become very sloppy and careless with her work. She pretends to not understand what I’m saying or what other people are saying but then she will speak English perfectly fine. I went in today for a nail repair and she put the complete wrong color on, and when I noticed, she huffed and went to look at other colors. I went and got my correct color & then she had to remove the old color and apply the correct one. When doing so, she made it way too thick and didn’t

Not the greatest sanitation during covid. Only used sanitizer between clients. Lots of signs up about taking precautions like scanning temperature, but only masks enforced. Shields up on stations though. Very quick, which I liked. But not the greatest job done. No manicure with the dip nails for $35. Some paint left around fingers. Worth it for the short wait... but may choose somewhere else in future.

Yesterday was my first visit here. My friend and I were in Grand Blanc and this location was recommended to us. We were able to walk right in which was convenient, and we waited about fifteen minutes. Not a big deal for not having an appointment. We both asked for a dip manicure and realized about ten minutes in that there was no "manicure" being done. I was kind of bummed given the fact that my cuticles could have really used it! The dip process was pretty quick but the last part the nail tech used a white powder which turned my color sort of grainy. I definitely did not ask for or care

I've been to this salon for awhile now and this time was terrible! It makes me not want to go back EVER again. They had very terrible attitude towards me which I didn't appreciate. She purposely cut me twice! I asked for them shorter and she didn't make them shorter and also raised the price at the end. Definitely don't recommend!

This is the worst nail place I've ever been to. The service was horrible. They didn't do any foot massage, cut my pinky toe pretty good and then used a hard nail brush on the top of my feet?? It hurt like heck and wasn't at all relaxing. This place isn't worth anyone's time. It doesn't look like they sterilize any utensils they use also. Never go here. I made yelp just to leave my first review because this place was so bad and I'm not a picky person. I go to many walk in nail places I love.

I feel like I need to clarify these bad reviews- your not going to a spa, your not getting a 100$ manicure with tranquil music and wine. They have a wait, ya ok, they are always busy, isn't that a good sign?! Call and make an appt- problem solved. It can get loud in there, they speak up so you can hear them. Don't bash someone's family business cause they have the kids there after school- I'm sure you would have your kids with you if you could. For a 20$ in and out fill- I'll always be back.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but honestly please find somewhere else to go. i came in for a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. pedicure was great. my nails, however, not happy. i specifically told the young girl to NOT use the power nail file. she did it anyways to "trim" my cuticles and she cut me! i paid for a manicure and all i got was gel polish and a bleeding thumb. the prices are comparable to other salons and the place "looked" clean but i didn't see anything that was actually sanitized. all files and tools were just pulled from a drawer. do not risk it

The female nail techs were very rude. Someone came in 20 minutes after me and another tech helped her first because I was with someone else who was being helped by someone else. So I had to wait. Then I asked a question about color and the tech literally yelled at me. My younger daughter was with me sitting in the waiting room and when she came to ask me a question the tech yelled at her right in front of me. She told her she wasn't allowed in the back to see me. And she WAS NOT misbehaving. She was simply sitting on my phone watching a Netflix show with headphones on.

Ok. This was my second visit and by far the worst yet. My first encounter was so so, I had Ben which he was ok but not over the top welcoming nor friendly, nails were god though. Today went in again for a new polish change and from the monument we walked in they were (2 girls) extremely RUDE, they never said hello or nothing, I told them what I was looking for and all they said was "you pick color" then we waited for our turn. My friend and I sat down which we came together and 1 girl worked on both of us but both workers started with us, but another walk in customer came in after us
