Petrotech Southeast, Inc. ("Petrotech") was founded by Tony Yates and was originally based in Pompano, FL, operating an industrial wastewater and used oil recycling facility. Mr. Yates was a proud family man and hired his son Jeffrey Yates as the first employee and Plant Manager for the Pompano facility.

Petrotech Southeast provides construction support and environmental services for a variety of habitat, coastal, and shoreline restoration projects.
Project examples include: replacement of concrete seawalls with natural rock revetment, oyster reef installations, surface grading and the planting of native species (living shorelines), removing and eradication of non-native plants, restoration of natural wetlands, tidal flow improvements in estuaries and coastal wetlands, and providing construction improvements to assist in the protection of property from urban interfaces and the effects of rising sea levels and storm surges.
