Before I closed on my house in September 2021 the builder stated they would have Timberlake cabinetry fix the cabinets underneath my kitchen sink because of a leak from the faucet during the building of my home. The builder told us they would come in October 2021, but we never heard anything. On November 18, 2021 someone rung my doorbell and it’s Timberlake cabinetry, but they never told us they were coming so no one was home. I called them to schedule an appointment that was supposed to be on December 6, 2021 between 9am-12pm, but they never showed up. When I try to call them I get sent to their

Had a one year warranty issue on the face of a cabinet that cracked. The customer service scheduled the time, the installer showed up and did a perfect job. He even placed everything he moved on towels and carpet so that the wood cabinet wouldn't touch my hardwood floors. Then he went to his truck and gave me three touch up color kits for the 3 cabinet colors I have in my house. Exceptional service. I wish I knew his name so I could call the company and tell them how good of a job he did. I see a lot of people gave them a 1 star review for issues. I had none.

This is a terrible company with a HORRIBLY managed operations department and abhorrent customer service. Here's what we've dealt with so far: Timberlake ordered the wrong door replacement for cabinet, broke new door when technician arrived at house, and the most infuriating, the customer service dept. has made three errors in regard to appointment scheduling They went so far as to call the WRONG CUSTOMER and "confirm" they would cancel our appointment. When I call asking where the technician is, they say they called us, but they DID NOT. Did they take the time to verify you're speaking with the
