It's strange that goodness, integrity and honesty are such rare occurrences in business that when it happens we are taken completely off-guard. And with that... story time.
For all of us during this time of COVID, our computers have been our lifelines to the outside world. For me, it keeps me connected to my family/friends and working from home. So imagine my horror when my beloved MacBook Pro screen decides to die on Saturday night.
Since all Apple stores are closed right now, I frantically I start searching for a repair shop. Most of them were quoting me $500+ to replace the screen in

Do not bring your computer here! I left my pc after it crashed- albeit it was old, but they said they would look at it. I just needed my quickbooks and adobe programs backed up. I lost almost everything after almost 3 weeks of trying to get a timeframe for repair and after giving them a hard drive to load the backup data they still did not back up everything, my quickbooks is missing 4 years of data and my computer is basically still non- functioning. The guys are nice- which is why i give them one star. But all these great reviews below must be fake.

Beyond thankful for coming across these guys. Very helpful and honest guys who do efficient and fast work. I took my Macbook Pro in for a bulging battery; was in pretty bad shape to say the least. They assessed the computer to see if it was fixable, luckily damage was reversible. They replaced the battery within a week time frame and for only $60 when Apple had quoted me $200+ for the same repair. Highly recommend this place for all your electronic needs, definitely can't go wrong! Thanks for saving me time and money : )

My wife split a grande green tea on my laptop. I went to apple and they said sorry the MacBook is gone. A few of my friends went to Jano and highly recommended him. With nothing to lose, I dropped by. Left my MacBook there for a few days and it's back up and running! They were professional. Communicated extremely well. Saved my life pretty much. They are absolute gurus when it comes to repairs. Thank you guys.

I've been using NLE Systems for a few years now,and all I can say is perfection. The staff are all well knowledgeable and know how to treat a customer. They have great prices on all products and services they offer. Basicly if you have any type of computer issues or actually need to purchase any type of computers from PC to MAC they have it all. I carelessly jumped in the pool with my iPhone, and was in a panic because the unit totally died. I rushed it over to NLE Systems within an hour or two of the incident. To my amazement, hey were able to bring my phone back to life. I highly recommend them to anyone who also carelessly messes up their phone, or need any other type of computer repair...if anyone can repair your broken electronics, it's NLE Systems.
