James P Bradley, MD-Cosmetic & Craniofacial Surgery
Rhinoplasty or nasal reshaping is one of Dr. Bradley's most commonly-performed procedures. It is also one of his favorite! Rhinoplasty requires great attention to detail to achieve consistent natural results. Craniosynsotosis is premature fusion (closure) of the cranial sutures or spaces between the bone plates of the skull.

This usually happens before birth and is recognized in infancy. Although a positional skull deformity may be corrected by helmet therapy, craniosynostosis requires surgical correction. Facelift procedures are designed to give a natural, refreshed look with the shortest recovery time possible.
Services
Dr. Bradley finished his training by completing a Craniofacial fellowship at UCLA under Dr. Henry Kawamoto. He was first recruited to Children's Hospital at the University of Pittsburgh as the Director of Craniofacial Surgery. He then spent 12 years at UCLA as the Bernard Sarnat Chair for Craniofacial Research.
Your child will still look like their beautiful self but will have a more balanced and natural appearance after cleft lip repair. The number of surgeries depends in part by the type and severity of cleft lip. Dr. Bradley attempts, with his techniques, to minimize the number of procedures while maximizing the outcome.
Facial feminization (FFS) will allow you to express your authentic self. Dr. Bradley's procedures will not only soften your facial features and make them more feminine but they will project your beauty. Dr. Bradley's extensive training and prominent career in Craniofacial and Cosmetic Surgery has honed his skills to be able to provide the best outcomes.
The best candidates have a history of transitioning and have been on hormonal therapy for over 1-2 years. Although positive changes will happen on hormonal therapy, hard tissue (bony) changes are less likely than soft tissue (skin/fat/muscle) changes. It is requested that 2 letters of medical necessity are provided by: 1) your hormone provider, and 2) your therapist.
