Gary and Keriann Schoepke started Dun Rite Construction and Paving, LLC in the spring of 2010. Although their company is only four short years old, they have over 12 years' experience in the industry. Gary worked with his father for one of the biggest and most respected companies in the area, Derry Construction Company Incorporated.
This is where his extensive background in the industry has come from. Gary has said numerous times how fortunate he feels to have learned so much each and every day working for Derry Construction. For every inch of asphalt or modified stone base that is laid it will compact approximately inch This means if one contractor tells you that he is furnishing/installing 4 inches of material and then compacting/rolling, your total compacted material is 3 inches.
