Lance was very accommodating to our schedules and really worked hard to get us into the properties we wanted to see, often on short notice. He’s observant and intuitive, quickly picking up on the styles my wife and I were interested in all while taking into consideration our family’s needs. Lance is an excellent realtor. He stayed in constant contact with both my spouse and me. Our first buyer pulled out right before the closing, and Lance had two more potential buyers by that weekend. Because we reside in a different state, Lance would go to the home to ensure repairs were being completed, he gave us referrals and recommendations for particular vendors. He even went to the township and pick up a permit for us. Thank you for getting our house sold, Lance.

Lance has been a pleasure to work with. We’ve worked with other realtors prior to Lance, and it really puts into perspective how good he is at his job. He is goal oriented and very efficient, but we never felt any pressure to buy or move the process along faster than our comfort level. Lance Dunn is an asset to anyone who is going through the process of selling or purchasing a house. I am a first time buyer and this whole process was foreign to me. He explained everything to me, was patient when we went to view the laundry list of houses I had found and was willing to even meet up with me me twice to view the house I ended up purchasing.
