One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Very rude, incompetent, and unprofessional. For example, one of the agents decided to discuss my policy with a mutual person outside of the company. The information got back to me and when I confronted the agent she refused to admit that she was wrong and never apologized. Talked to the mananger and he was the most rude of them all. Basically blew my concerns off. These people have very little professional moral. In the end I was terrified to communicate with the agent that handled my policy. It was a nightmare and I’m not exaggerating. Threatened
