Services
Description: This is a second floor commercial office space in the lovely Hawk Park business complex. When you enter the space there is a main area with stunning vaulted ceilings. A conference room is located just off of the main area and there is a hallway to 3 private office spaces. There is a break area and bathroom located within the unit as well.
If a pending application has not been approved the property will still appear on the website but it is not available for a second application unless the first application is turned down. You can pay the deposit at our office with a check or money order or we can set you up to make an online payment by calling the office.

All storage units are rented on a month to month basis. You can make easy online payments and also make automatic payments by going to the tenant page and registering for that service. I have alot to be grateful for and colorado west property management is definitely one of the reasons. They are great and i always get the best customer service and anytime i call they actually help me with the issue telling me they cant help! I have a mobth to month rental and been here about a year i enjoy the conveniences of having good landlords and also the easy internet bill pay

Around March this year a man showed me a rental, I think it was the owner. At the property he asked for my rental history, credit score, employment, income, etc, and said I didn't make enough to qualify for it, so I left. A few days later called back asking to fill out an application beforehand, so if I qualified for any rentals we could move in faster. I was homeless with my kids at the time. CO West refused my suggestion because "no one had ever done it like that before". As in, no one had ever filled out paperwork to determine approval before being led 20 minutes out of town to see a possible

I am moving to Montrose for a new job opportunity and was extremely anxious with the lack of properties available but after working with the team at Colorado West Management (Donna and Brian) they worked with me through the entire process and helped me find a great fit! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without them and am totally grateful! I can’t wait to be apart of such a kind community!! Definitely recommend :)

It seem that montrose area is really growing and rentals are super hard to come by, I am relocating from out of state and have been searching for about 2 weeks before coming out to interview, I have been working with Donna super nice for past 2 weeks over phone, she has answered every time I called. I got into town and stopped by the office to see showings, while I was there they where getting slammed with calls and walk ins never seen a property management so busy, i say this. Because I was standing at counter

The ladies in the office at Colorado West have been very delightful to do business with. Anytime I needed anything with the property I rent from them, they were very prompt and got things taken care of for me. Maintenance guys are great. They treat you like a human being and never make you feel dumb for calling even with the littlest job. They explain things to you and make sure you understand everything that's going on. I definitely recommend this company. I've been renting from them for about 6 years and I've never had a problem with them.

The owner, Brian, and his wonderful staff have gone completely above and beyond to help us after we rented one of the properties they manage. Totally unexpectedly, right after signing our paperwork, we ended up having to move back to Louisiana to help my elderly father-in-law (who is 89!) during Hurricane Laura. Then it was Hurricane Delta on Laura's heels before anyone could recover. Then we had a horrible personal tragedy and lost my son in a fatal car accident. We have been completely devastated by these turn of events, but Brian and his office staff have done their best to step up and help

I work at Colorado West Property Management and it is an excellent company to work for and work with. We have many tenants who have chosen to rent from us more than once by upgrading to a larger property or renewing their leases over and over. Those satisfied customers are not adequately represented in these reviews and I am disappointed at the negative online reviews that people are allowed to publish with no fact checking required.

My personal experience with Colorado West Property Management has been very good. They always had a repairman over in a timely fashion when there was a maintenance issue. They gave me my security deposit back on time. It is a business relationship, but I liked dealing with Carmen, Belva, Laura, and the owner Ben a lot. When I moved on they gave me good reference to the place I applied for new housing in a

I rented about 10 years ago from the previous owners and things went fine. I just moved back and went in to find a rental. The new owners are the most dishonest people I've ever experienced. I was so disappointed with the way they handled my potential lease (I, thankfully, rented elsewhere) and how they spoke to people who came in while I was there.
