The mechanic /technician did a decent job, although some of the functions the item said it came with did not seem to get connected. That's why I'm giving it two stars. Just for the technician, because they did a decent job. Other than that, the customer service was not very good. It also was over priced. I would not recommend this place if you can find another. However, there isn't many other places around to deal with, so, you may just have to deal with it. Wish I would have listened to the other reviews suggesting to find another place. The store, however, is clean .

Like to start out by saying I paid for equipment 2 months before they had time to install it. That didnt bother me, it was the lack of communication on what they were going to do with my car that frustrated me. I ask to have all my bose equipment replaced with JL audio equipment. Instead of the douphus letting me know they were going to pull out 2 speakers and replace with one. " one 8" woofer and one 3-1/2 and replaced with 5-1/2" JL Audio" This was the first of many installation problems these idiot's did, when I went to pick the car up a new guy that had worked there for 2 days was the only

Did an excellent job of installing my alarm system in my van. They did in an hour and a half what another freelance installer couldn't do with 12 hours. Initially they said noway because I'd purchased the alarm on Amazon and it had been fooled with by another installer that they had run up against on other people's projects. After a brief inspection it was determined nothing was ruined and luckily for me they agreed. Future auto electronics will be purchased from this locally owned business. Thank you A/C Audio Video !

So my mother in law bought CD player wiring harness everything she needed took it to ac audio they put it in about a year ago, her CD player just quit working (it is now my fiances car) he took it out and discovered there was a penny in it that caused a fuse to blow and the wiring was very poorly done. Wouldn't recommend ac audio to anyone you're better off taking it to a hill billy friend that sorta kinda knows what he's doing even though he gets shocked every time he messes with wires and I'm sure the outcome will still be better than ac audio because your hillbilly's intentions are good.
