My experience at this place has been great! The staff is very nice and professional. Dr. Lombardi was very attentive to my concerns. On my first visit, I wanted to have my skin checked and also had questions about cosmetic procedures. She took the time explaining me about everything and checking my skin. The place is very nice and clean. I definitely recommend Dr. Lombardi.

By reading the rave reviews I decided to go to this clinic to consult for a long time lipoma; however I am very upset about the diagnostics, follow up and resolution. First, I really do not think this is an issue which will take months to schedule one appointment. Also, the order for further ultra sound is absolutely unnecessary and time wasting. Most of all, they seem to be occupied with cosmetic/skin care oriented patients and prioritize them at first place. I have received no calls/follow ups but just one billing statement to remind me for $15 copay every month.

This one of the most efficient practice professional practice I have ever visited. Everything worked like clockwork. The front office staff were very efficient and courteous. They emailed and called twice to remind me of the appointment and to ensure a all paperwork was completed on line to minimize waiting at the office . The appointment took less than 30 minutes slot provided but Dr. Lombardi and her assistant were thorough and professional in how they treated my condition and they were really spot on. The ambience in the office and the doctor's professionalism made feel I was in the right hands

I was so impressed by how quickly I was seen by Dr. Lombardi. No wait time at all!! The waiting room was very clean and nicely decorated as was the examining room.
Dr Lombardi was extremely kind and addressed my concerns throughly. The office staff are all very nice and very detailed oriented.
