Hatfield Metal Fabrication's laser cutting systems represent the latest technology in sheet metal fabrication and provide unparalleled precision in cutting of production parts. Hatfield Metal Fabrication is a Hudson Valley ASME fabricator of ASME pressure vessels and can produce ASME tanks in stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and other alloys as well. Non ASME tanks and vessels can also be produced. Our engineers and project managers can help our customers in all areas such as engineering, layout, fabrication and testing.
Hatfield Metal Fabrication in Poughkeepsie NY offers one of the best equipped full service metal machine shops in the Northeast. Services include milling, drilling, CNC machining, Bridgeport work, CNC lathe work, tapping, and more. We have a variety of multi-axis machining centers to help produce machined parts with great precision and short turn-around time.
Hatfield Metal Fabrication offers a complete range of welding services including MIG, TIG and Spot welding. We can weld aluminum, steel or stainless steel, as well as exotic metals. We offer ASME and PED certified welding. Our highly trained and skilled welders have years of combined experience and appropriate certifications to ensure your welded products and assemblies are welded properly, completely, and to your exact specifications.
Rounding out the fabrication process is our industrial painting services and powder coating services. We have two spray booths and two large bake ovens which can handle a large number of parts at one time and allow us the ability to run both processes at one time. Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of materials and products that are used by both industries and consumers.
