Originally from Chicago, I moved to Austin in 1983. I went to the University of Arizona for my undergrad and pursued my graduate degree in Industrial Relations at Loyola University in Chicago.
My team and I are all insurance licensed with 145 plus years of insurance experience! We have 24/7 access and serve all customers in the Austin, and surrounding areas, such as Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Georgetown, Buda and Kyle within Central Texas for their insurance needs. We focus on relocation to the Austin area.

I (and my family) have been a client of Nancy's for over 30 years (I was like 15 when I got my first policy-LOL), and I love her and her staff!! They always give us the best service, are quick to respond, are always so helpful and answer all of our questions -- while making us feel so at ease!

Shani Cowart has been an exceptional person to work with at State Farm. She has helped my wife and me with the recent hail damage to both of our cars immediately following the large hail storm early this spring, 2021. She is very easy to talk to, easy to trust, and easy to work with on getting things done.

Angela from this office is amazing. Insuring two teen drivers would have put us in the poor house had Angela not saved the day. State Farm is the most teen friendly company around. I 100% also recommended the Drive Safe and Save both for the discount and so you can see what the teens (and the husband) are up to and how well they’re driving. We also had a trailer policy with them and they treated us so well after the hail storm and the claim process was so easy. Finally, Angela is so responsive to my questions and very patient.

We've been with Nancy for decades and she's always been helpful about house and car insurance. I've especially appreciated the meetings to discuss changes in exactly what and how much we want to insure -- keeping up with new/old electronics, different deductibles, etc. Great service with our car and house's hail damage last March, as well.

I was treated like a number. Started a Claim and I did not receive any support From the agency and received no follow-up. Left messages for Owner(Nancy)and never received return calls. When I made comments in their Facebook page, the Owner(Nancy) wrote a response defending her lack of care but never returned call. I was told by her office that Nancy would be calling me as she “would want to know why I was cancelling). No call received. Changing to an agency that wants to provide customer care for important coverage.
