While attending law school at Widener University School of Law, he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, a membership that recognizes students having attained excellence in the art of appellate advocacy. Admitted to practice in 1993 in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Mr. Cohen joined Jerrold Kamensky & Associates in 1996 after a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Howland Abramson, Court of Common Pleas, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Mr. Riechelson, now Managing Partner of our Pennsylvania practice, brings Kamensky Cohen & Riechelson a wealth of Litigation and Trial experience. My wife was Rear ended in her car while stopped at a traffic light .My car was totaled in the accident . My wife suffered multiple injuries including a brain injury . 10/10 firm. Kevin Riechelson was my lawyer after a car accident. I met with two lawyers before him, but his knowledge blew the others out of the water even from the first meeting.
He made one of the most difficult times of my life worth it. He was ALWAYS on top of my case, knew exactly who I was when I called, and knew the exact status of the… case. There was never a moment that I felt like just another client to him. He consistently checked in with me, and always made it a point to make this easy on me and my family. Very flexible with appointments etc and always responsive to questions

Worse attorneys out there. They nickel and dime you when you get your settlement and are greedy, and he does the least when it comes to looking out for his clients. You always have to follow up with him if you are being contacted by debt collectors. Also, Kevin Riechelson has a temper, on more than 1 occasion he has raised his voice and yelled to get his point across. He is also very unprofessional. Trust me when I say it's been a headache and nuance for having him as my legal representation. These attorneys are Your typical smile at your face while he lies and does as little as possible

Attorney Cohen represented me after a car accident. There firm has a good reputation and the practice has helped clients for many years. I communicated via email, phone and in person. If i could give this place no stars i would! My goodness the unprofessionalism of this man who i have no idea who was talking but stated "so i have to waste my time" continuously "so she wants me to waste my time?" How unprofessional no wonder they have only one star rating. I should've known better. I didnt stay there. Everyone should steer clear of this law firm.

This law firm out right lied to my mother..myself and my brother ..my mother was knocked down at a Walmart by an employee..my brother didn't report the incident until a week later ..there was no video footage..but a lawyer from this firm..Kevin Riechelson..returned my call stating this was something they could handle..my mother is 80 yrs old..79 at the time of accident..I wasn't with them since I was at the hospital getting treatment for cancer..the lawyer met my mother ..myself and my brother..at the nursing home she was receiving rehab from due to her surgery from her broken hip caused
