My vehicle was stuck in park and I could not turn the key. I called directly and the woman working dispatch was efficient in getting my information and sending a driver to my location quickly. Trent the driver took the time to assess my vehicle and see what options were available for loading it onto the tow truck. He was also professional and patient when answering my questions.

Locked my keys in my car. Called Joe Rader Towing and they told me they'd have someone to me in 30 minutes. Came exactly as stated, professional and quick. I was expecting such a service to be around $100 but paid just under $60. Hopefully you don't lock your keys in your car but if you do, these guys are great.

The starter went out on my truck at the gas pumps at Fleet Farm. They recommended Joe Rader Towing for a tow to a shop that works on starters. They were very professional on the phone and the driver was excellent. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good about this company and especially the driver. I highly recommend.
