As a licensed driller and pump installer in Arizona (and several other states), KP Ventures has an understanding of wells that not every pump technician does. We literally know wells inside and out. We're drilling and constructing wells that may be used for this purpose. KP Ventures staff have been involved with ASR wells that serve in both the injection and extraction capacity.

My water pressure quit in the middle of my shower a few days ago. I called KP Ventures. They did not have someone available right away but could see me that afternoon. They showed up when they said they would and had to replace the pump. No frills. Competent technician. Would use again.

Had no water on a Saturday morning. Clef K P and Tyler was her by 1030a. My well pump and control panel had to be replaced. They were very thorough and explained in layman terms what needed to be done with cost. They also had to replace some pipe that had a pin hole leak. They were done by 2pm. Friendly and efficient! Thanks a bunch!

First off I would like to apologize for your unpleasant experience with our company. Our goal is to please all of our customers and I am very sorry that we did not exceed your expectations. I had and have tried to reach you by telephone when you had to talked to Pynne and I have not had any luck with calls returned or answered. When you had called us originally I tried to schedule the repair for during the week; you said that you were only at the property on the weekends and that it was not possible for us to do the repair without you there and during the week. Let me first start out by saying that the repair was fair and done right. Here is where I had problems. I had to call them 3 times before I was able to get them to schedule the repair. Then when the job was finished they charged me an extra $125.00 for labor that was not true. I was supposed to be charged $100.00 an hour and he was there for 2 and half hours but the charged me for 3 hours and 45 minutes. I called and left 2 messages about it and spoke with a lady about it and nobody will call me back about it. She tried telling me that they charge for the trip time too, but I was charged $100.00
