I have done business here for years but never again. I ordered a gown for my daughters wedding months ahead - about a month prior I started getting the run around and finally ELEVEN days before the wedding they told me they couldn't get it. Devastated, I found a great gown store in Plantation that treated me like a queen - found me not only a beautiful gown but did beautiful alterations. Shame on them for the stress they caused. You should get much better service when ordering a thousand dollar dress.

I went to Sondro's in October to get a dress for my son's wedding. I thought I had the perfect dress. The sales lady told me it would take 6 months to order the dress...no problem. We had 6 months, she pushed the floor sample on me which was not my size. She said, "lose 10 pounds, and we can let it out...you'll be fine". I lost 20 pounds, yet the dress fits worse than it did in October. I do not know what they did. Plus, you, the customer, are not allowed to see the seamstress.
