Roy-Al Flowers and Gifts began in 1974 as a partnership between florists Mr. Roy Bernard and Mr. Al Sonnier. Already having twenty years of experience at the inception of Roy-Al they proved to be long standing in the community by providing Lafayette and the surrounding areas quality, affordable arrangements with a singular goal - to please the customer.
So much so that they were one of the first flower shops to open on the weekend to better accommodate their customers. I received an email that the flowers had been delivered but a few hours later I asked my wife if she had received them and she hadn't. There was a glitch in the system but Mr Leonard made sure to get the arrangement to my wife by the end of the day.

I had a wonderful online experience with Roy-Al Flower & Gift. I conducted my entire transaction online with ease. I needed an important funeral arrangement the day before Valentine’s Day. Other florists were out of flowers, but not Roy-Al; they came through for me with the prettiest arrangement there could be. Right on time at the right place during a very stressful time, and I’m so very grateful.

I ordered an English Garden style arrangement for $125.00 to be delivered for my daughter's birthday (I live out of town). They told me they knew what I was asking for. I have ordered many flowers from others with this description. This is what was delivered. Not only is it not in the style of English Garden, it has dyed roses (dark blue) which is very odd and not requested. I emailed their office 3 times asking for them to contact me about this - no response. The arrangement is poorly designed and while the flowers are fresh, the combination of flowers is very odd and the use of dyed

Leonard is the owner as I am told - he informed me that while the flower arrangement looks NOTHING like the order I placed that it was written in "online" outline that the order could deviate from picture due to the seasonality of flowers. He then threatened to go pick the flowers up from the recipient when I challenged him on the fact that the arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture. I explained that I understood that flowers are seasonal but I did not even get the vase that I ordered. This arrangement had red roses and I didn't order roses; the arrangement was all sunflowers so at minimum
