My daughter had a stove fire which filled her apartment with smoke and soot and burned up the vinyl flooring in the kitchen. She wasn't home at the time of the fire and luckily the neighbor called 911 and CFD kicked in the door and were able to put out the fire before there was any major damage.
We called the insurance company and property managers and it was going to be a week or so before they could get a vendor out there. We were referred to DRP by a co-worker and they were amazing. Sean and his crew came out immediately, handled all the paperwork and arrangements with the property management

I had mold in my apartment and naturally I freaked out because I have had to deal with this issue before, but what I did not expect was within a couple hours Keith showed up at my door to look at my concerns. He was totally professional and put my mind at ease quickly. Keith started to clean the mold right away and even had the equipment with him to clean the air and dehumidify for the whole apartment. This was Wednesday and two days later I am still thinking about how impressed I am with his service. If I could give him more than five stars I most certainly would.

We came home to a flooded house early this year. For as stressful as the situation was, DRP did an absolutely fantastic job putting our minds at ease. They came and assessed the situation the same night (way after normal business hours) and was at our house with their equipment first thing the next morning. The crew worked hard and stayed late to make sure the damage was minimized. They took their time to walk us through the steps to make sure we could get back to normal as fast as possible.
