I'm okay with computers, though when I run into things that I don't use often I tend to forget how to do those things in their entirety. PCPN can usually figure it out in a timely manner, and all while I watch, sometimes aiding em' to expedite what it is exactly that I need done, as he is remote connected into my laptop. Though due to the size of the company, they're not available 24/7, and hasn't solved 100% of my issues, though these being minor, or possibly modern day tech limitations... I still give an A- overall rating and highly recommend. :O) ~L.B.
