This was only my second time selling and buying and Christie who was my realtor made it a pleasant experience. I knew from the first meeting she would be great to work with. Once I signed to let Christie be my realtor she hit the ground running to sell my condo and find me a new place to call my home. We connected weekly and she kept me informed of everything. I am happy to say I'm in my new condo and it feels at home thanks to Christie!!

I wouldn’t recommend this company to any unit owners. Incompetent, dishonest and unprofessional. If you voice your concerns, there response is very dismissive. Stay away from condominiums managed by RGR because it really is a reflection on the board of trustees’ poor decision making skills as it relates to finance and real estate.
Update as of 10/20/20- this company is only out for their pockets. They mismanage funds and can never provide clear answers about the financial records. Be prepared for RGR to deny anything negative. My advice to any new buyers is to ask a few owners NOT the BOT

This property management company is run very well! Very friendly and courteous. I have mainly dealt with Lisa and she is great! She is very professional, friendly, courteous, and got me the information I needed/requested in a timely manner. I think the employees here, based off my interactions, are well staffed. They answer phones and get back to you as soon as possible, which I really appreciate. I definitely don't mind doing business and working with them in the future!

The Agent, Christie was very professional and well organized. She knew what I wanted in an apartment and served it up. The maintenance is great they always pick up when you're having a maintenance emergency. Recently 5/28/20, we needed to facilitate a 6 D certificate for our unit for the sale. Lisa was so helpful and patient. She facilitated all the directions in a easy manner for which we needed to complete our request. Since we needed this in a rush she was able to complete the request fast and efficiently. RGR has been our management company for the past year, and my husband and I have been extremely impressed with them. They are professional, exceptionally responsive, and are amazing when it comes to communicating news/issues/updates to the unit owners. I am a unit owner, our association is managed by RGR Property Management.
I contacted the Real Estate brokerage part of the company to market my unit for rent. We set up a meeting.
I was contacted last by the broker to cancel the meeting last minute. I was already at the property. He then proceeded to tell me he had an emergency, was too busy

After a comprehensive search of all available property management companies in our area, we decided to go with RGR.
