THE OLDER WOMAN WHO IS PRESUMABLY THE OWNER IS RUDE, CONDESCENDING AND SHADY, WHO TOTALLY LACKS PEOPLE SKILLS. I FEEL TOTALLY RIPPED OFF BY THEIR SUBPAR REPAIR / MODIFICATION TO MY VERY EXPENSIVE RING, AND HER ATTEMPTS TO UPSELL ME FOR $250 MORE TO FIX THEIR INADEQUATE WORK, WHILE TELLING ME "THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THEIR WORK" WHICH SHE CONVENIENTLY CLAIMED "AFTER THE FACT & AFTER BEING PAID"! WELL MS. PEARSON, THIS IS NOT MY FIRST RODEO... IF THE REPAIR / MODIFICATION FAILS, AS I SUSPECT IT WILL, WE WILL RESOLVE IT IN FRONT OF A JUDGE... MEANWHILE, I WILL COMPLAIN WITH MY FEET & TAKE MY BUSINESS

I've brought my rings here twice. The first time was five years ago to have my antique wedding band and engagement ring bonded and again now to service and clean them. Each time they are returned looking better than before. Reasonable prices and lovely local folks.

First of all disregard the bad reviews on here, they are completely wrong, either they mistakenly chose the wrong business to review or they're the kind of people no one can please or get along with ( we all know of those type right?) THE LADY WORKING BEHIND HER DESK IS UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE LACKS CUSOMER SERVICE OR MAYBE IT WAS BECAUSE WE WERE MEXICAN? OTHER THEN THAT, THE GENTLEMAN WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS VERY HELPFUL N BECAUSE OF HIS SERVICE WE CAME BACK IN AND GAVE HIM OUR BUSINESS.

Last summer I was in LB visiting
when my watch stopped working.

Normally I could do this myself but
I didn't have my tools on my person.

I called for an estimate and was
told that they didn't know how much
it would be since the price was
dependent on the number of screws
holding on the caseback + the battery number.

Big. Red. Flag. Nope. Nuh-uh.

I would like to help local business, but I found that the service at Pearson's is not good. We wanted a ring engraved & there was a lack of communication on the owner's part, so it came out wrong. My husband did buy a nice necklace there for my birthday, but it was overpriced as was the ring we bought from them. To make matters worse, we suspected that the diamond in my wedding ring was chipped, and she basically told us to leave because we did not buy the ring there. Needed an engagement ring for my girlfriend & Pearson's came through in time for Christmas! I'd highly recommend them to all family and friends.

Have 6 watches that did not have a batteries and got all done very quickly here in town at Pearson's Jewelry. Great services love the all the bling bling in this store. I encourage you to see for your self.

How are these guys still in buisness seriously? Everytime you go in the the owner is looking down on you with her nose up in the air they speak to you like you are lower then them they don't really carry any product you want they will not order and they send you out of town for any product you want anyway so my question is how are you still in buisness it is really weird they act like they are better then you but carry products lower then them then give you that look when you try to make a purchase like you can't afford better? Let this buisness go by the wayside and move on

I'll drive out of town for watch repairs. The owner is very rude. She doesn't know how to talk to customers, I'm not sure how they are still open.
I called in to ask if a watch could be fixed & was told yes. (NOT an estimate..JUST asked if they fixed watches) Took my watch in and and was told no, she said they can't fix it and when I said that I called and was told they could fix it she said well we can, but not today. OK... so yes, Pearson's is simply the best jewelry store in town....great service, super friendly people...excellent quality merchandise and lots of lovely items to chose from.

My Girlfreind and i both are extremely dissapointed and insulted by the terrible service and even worse attitude given by the owners. specifically the wife. they will never ever get our buisiness again and i hope others will not make the same mistake we did by going there.

Excellent job reparing my grandmothers pendant. I was waited on by a nice gentleman who was very honest and helpful. Cleaned my bracelet for free. Couldn't ask for better.

What I love about Pearson's Jewelers is that they are able to give the service and selection of a "big town" jewelry store but maintain the "small town" feel every timeI go in there. They make me feel like family and not just a customer.
They are so good at keeping records of what I have bought or received and things that I would love to have. They provide a great selection and wide price range so no matter what the occasion, there is something that is just right.

Awesome experiance everytime. Jim and his wife are always very pleasant and it makes me want to come here first when I am looking for something particular. A little pricey but worth it to give to the local small business owners trying to make it. Great place for repairs or alterations!
