Never had a problem before until now. My husband picked up my meds and I had questions so I tried calling, each time I was hung up on, told I had the wrong number and placed on hold for more than 10 minutes with no answers. This is ridiculous, I can't even leave me house to go and ask them myself because of how sick I am. Finally got due to the pharmacist and he seemed very patient and was able to answer my questions after 30 minutes of me trying to get answers.

They do not care about your privacy at all. When you call in, they will shout your name, address, number, and medication out for all to hear. It's unprofessional. They could simply ask 'what is your full name?' 'May I ask what prescription?' 'Is there anything you would like me to repeat for you?' It's simple to be discrete, but they just don't care.

Thought I would give the local pharmacy a try. I wanted to support local. I hate seeing small town pharmacies coming to an end. This was a 50/50 experience half the staff treated me with respect. The other half was not so kind to a first time customer. I will give this place another try next time I need pharmaceuticals. But after that I think this place may be doomed to its own fate.

I took an "orphan" drug for many years. Some of the other local pharmacies did not/would not order the med because of the expense. Skyline had the medication in stock. After an orthopedic surgery, Skyline offered to drop the med off for my convenience. Thank you for your care and courtesy. Though I have to travel nearly an hour to get to you, it is worth it to me.
