To get any response from them is like pulling teeth. Clearly you're way to busy to be accepting any sort of new business. I was a previous customer, and had a good experience. This time is very different.

Repossessed my truck less than 30 days late, right after Christmas. This is after being harassed and theatened via voicemail, and violating the fair debt collection practice act. $10 k in equity in the truck on a $1200 loan, the moment I mentioned fdcpa the truck was gone. On my birthday no less, standard with a 9 year old, and was my first month late, by 10 days. Since I could not add a subsequent reply to thebowners, I added here. The associate who called on the 23rdbof December who violated the fair debt collection practice act, is the reason for my reply. I was verbally harassed and threatened

Very deceptive contracts. Illegal threats to call the police on me if i didnt pay on my loan, it is illegal by federal law to intimidate a debtor in order to recieve payment, intimidated i was by them considering i was afraid i was gonna go to jail, i contacted both idaho and wyoming police departments and they said there was no way they could arrest me for not returning dammaged collateral that they refused to pick up. I filed for bankruptcy due to finnancial in competency, all other loan companies and banks that i ended up affecting with not paying of the debt were completely compassionate and
