Dr. Natan Yaker serves as the Medical Director of Cosmetic Surgery Associates of Texas and oversees Surface Skin Spa located within our Plano, TX plastic surgery suite. Dr. Yaker completed medical school at the Universidad de Antioquia, Medellin, Colombia. Following medical school, he completed his general surgery internships in Florida and New York.

I highly recommend the staff at this facility. I've had surgeries, injections and also go regularly for Solissa to do her magic on my 60 year old skin:). Just had fillers from Nicole for the first time. What a great job she did! She was able to achieve a very natural but much improved look.....better than I could have imagined. I have a bad experience with misty nurse. She used the filler which disappeared within a month. She said it will last for 12 to 18 months. With the brushing the fillers disappeared. When I asked. They ignore me. And never schedule appointment. Management said misty is not working here anymore. She left the job. Making excuses and Lie to me.they use bad quality fillers which last for a month or two. So clints pay more.

This place is state of the art facility with some world class doctors, aestheticians and medical support staff! You'd be insane to spend your money anywhere else. I'm a patient of Dr.Yaker as well as Surface Skin Spa. Their pricing is fabulous and some of the best I've ever come across. There is NO scarifies for pricing over quality. They have a monthly skin program subscription that is beyond words amazing for anyone with any kind of skin concern

I just had a fantastic experience at Surface Skin Spa from start to finish! I have been bothered by fine lines around my eyes for some time and scheduled an appointment with Misty Shedd. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable and exhibited great care and precision as she performed my Botox injections. I recommend her highly! I have very oily combination skin and it has really balanced out the dry areas and the oily areas! My skin has never felt or looked more flawless! I cannot wait to try other products!! And a shoutout to Natalie, she is so sweet, very knowledgeable and so great with injections! I was a little scared about it and she made me feel so comfortable!

I went in for the first time to get lip injections (Juvederm). My overall experience was amazing! Natalie did my injections, and I will never go to anyone else! Everyone there is so kind. Natalie took the time to really get to know me and what I wanted. She was very precise and informative. She talked me through the whole process and made sure i was comfortable. I come here to see Misty for Botox and restalyne injections. She is THE BEST! I would never let anyone else inject me. I've been seeing Misty for 2 years and couldn't be more pleased! I have struggled with dark spots and melasma on my face for years; have gone to so many doctors, estheticians, and tried every product all promising results. But I would have to go more often with more painful procedures. But since visiting April at Surface Skin Spa, my skin has improved dramatically! She is the best and the only person I trust with my skin now. Even moving from Dallas, I'll drive from Houston to see her.
