More than any of her professional specialties and decade of skincare experience, Jen cares about building long-lasting relationships with her clients. In her care, guests are treated like extended family and when they depart, they do so feeling refreshed in mind and body. Jen, a master esthetician, graduated from the Northwest's Euro Institute of Skin Care in 2009.
She has spent the past decade in Queen Anne developing a dedicated clientele. Now, she's taking her skills to her own skin care studio in the heart of Columbia City, where she lives with her husband and young daughter, Olivia Audrey.

Each facial is customized to meet individual skin care goals. Using the most current products and procedures, we work with our clients to create a unique experience of relaxation and results. Consultations at each appointment maintain focus on proper skin health and determine modalities from a selection including clinical strength peels, extractions, massage, and exfoliation.

I booked with Jen for the first time about four years ago after I'd searched for a particular treatment I enjoyed while living in NY. I've continued to regularly book with Jen since then. Why? Jen's facials not only leave my skin refreshed, rejuvenated and glowing, but the environment at Audrey's is personal and serene. Jen regularly dialoged with me about my skin care concerns and objectives, and makes recommendations I incorporate into my home skincare routine. I genuinely do not know what I would do without Jen. I came to her thinking I was suffering from a bad hormonal acne breakout and by the 2nd treatment she had diagnosed me with fungal folliculitis. Not even my dermatologist was that quick to figure it out. This was one of the most stubborn and frustrating things to deal with, but Jen was so wonderful and created an easy and affordable care plan that helped me get my skin back back on track. I love facials with Jen! She is amazing and makes my skin feel great. I never thought of myself as someone who would have loyalty toward an esthetician. It seemed like all facials are nice, so why would it matter. My mindset changed when I met Jen and it has now been over 8 years with her as my go to person. She's so balanced in her approach, incredibly knowledgeable about skincare, and exceeds my expectations with her thoughtfulness and care every time. It's so relaxing and I'm thankful after each service. Jen genuinely cares about her clients, is so kind and a joy to chat with.

Jen is the absolute best. I went to her for years at her previous salon in Queen Anne, then followed her here :). I've had my mom, sister-in-law, girlfriends and even my little brother (who suffered from severe acne) all see Jen! I always leave her facials w the most dewy skin and so relaxed! I can't recommend her enough and her place is SO adorable! Can't wait to go back next month!

Jen is an amazing esthetician! I've been seeing her for years and trust her completely with my sensitive skin. She is not only kind and caring but will put you at ease with her extensive knowledge, experience, and expertise.
You can tell sJen loves what she does, is passionate about her work, and deeply cares about her clients. She even squeezed me in between appointments once to do an extraction so I wouldn't have an uninvited guest at my birthday party. :) And speaking of extractions, she is a miracle worker, I'm always amazed that there's no swelling and it looks almost like nothing happened
