Services
Jimmy Allgood and Lauren Allgood met at Parker University, where they both attended chiropractic college. When Dr. Jimmy graduated in 2013, he worked as an associate while Dr. Lauren finished up her chiropractic education. After they got married, it was time to find a family-oriented community to serve.

I think it was Dr. Jim Parker, the founder of Parker University, that said, 'Your patients will get better if you hit them with a broom, as long as you love them.' I put that loving intent into everything I do. While playing youth baseball in the Leander Cedar Park area, Dr. Jimmy threw a pitch and lost control of his legs.
Dr. Lauren is out temporarily on maternity leave. She will return to Allgood Chiropractic and Family Wellness Center as her baby's and her family's needs dictate. Growing up, Dr. Lauren was an avid athlete, she played softball and volleyball in high school and softball in college. She always strived to be at her athletic best, and she was even awarded Mrs. Softball Louisiana her senior year of high school.

I couldn't recommend Dr. Jimmy enough! He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled and friendly, and truly cares about all his patients. I've been going to see him for a couple years and will continue to do so because of the consistent quality of care he provides. I've had some issues with alignment, joints, and my hips, and every single problem has been fixed. If you're looking for a chiropractor with a calming, gentle approach, I recommend you go see Dr. Jimmy!

We love Allgood chiropractic. Lauren helped my husband with his knee issue, took the pressure off by aligning his hips and gave him some awesome tips for self care! And dr. Jimmy helped me when I threw my wrist out, within a couple of sessions my wrist felt a lot better and after all my sessions I feel no pain in my wrist anymore. I can’t recommend them enough!

Allgood chiropractic has made a huge difference in my overall health. When I started going, I could barely turn my neck and had a hard time checking my blind spot while driving. Additionally, it hurt quite a bit to stand up straight. Thanks to regular strategic adjustments, and some customized stretching programs, I'm ALMOST back to normal after only a few months. Additionally, this office is run like a tight ship. Most appointments, I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes.

I have suffered with back pain on a daily basis over the past 12 years. I have seen a few chiropractors over the years without much success. When I came to Allgood Chiropractic, Dr Jimmy did an Xray of my back and ran a few other tests to determine exactly where my issues were located and he got to the why. No other chiropractor that I had seen had used any of his diagnostic methods. Looking back, they were just shooting in the dark. I have been getting regular weekly adjustments over the past 6 months and I can honestly say I haven’t felt this good in decades. My back pain has completely resolved

The Allgoods are fantastic chiropractors and even more amazing people. My wife and I have seen major improvements in overall health since the beginning of our treatment plan. Their clinic makes you feel very comfortable from the beginning and they have a very efficient system causing there to be little to no wait times. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr. Lauren is incredible doctor and I always love going to see her. She is always smiling and glad to see you. She takes great job of everyone, including pregnant mommas and babies!
