Strange place. I needed a compounded medication- really not compounded, just mixed but the chain pharmacies refuse to dump multiple ingredients into a bottle together. Roger's Pharmacy would do it and it was close so that was where the doctor sent the script. The pharmacy technician called me for my medical insurance- what an interesting conversation that was. For several minutes I literally gave her every number on my insurance card again and again and she was just beyond confused about it all. Then I heard a man say- very irritably- "it's right there, it's done" and she tells me that the medication

I've only been using them for a short time but they have been excellent!! Lisa rocks and is caring. I called today to have her look for a book for my granddaughter since I can't during this covid-19 stay home order and we have curbside pickup. She didn't hesitate to help me out . Yes sometimes the pharmacist is late but Lisa's thoughtfulness is what keeps me there.

Not ever going back. The young man who I believe is pharmacist was rude. After being half an hour late opening store he had the gaul to be hateful to me. Not even trying to fill a prescription I brought in. Only saying it wouldn't be filled till Monday. Afterwards I went to a ladies senoir meeting and talked of my experience. Had 9 people tell me similar stories and they won't go back. Me either.

First I believe in support of local businesses. Have been a loyal customer since they opened. Always taken great care of me. I am high needs was in an MVA many years ago do require various meds and supplies with several surgeries, if they did not have what I needed they ordered it. Always take great care of me, making painful times so much less stressful. Thank you!

The owner was very rude. he phoned me instead of my veterinarian regarding my pets medicine and became agitated and loud with me when I wasn't sure how to handle the issue. He kept repeating the dosage prescribed and when I asked him what I had done to upset him, he repeated the dosage again and said he wasn't making any money and spending a lot of time on this compounding script. My veterinarian said the pharmacist should NOT have called me about the issue but instead he should have spoke to my veterinarian. I had told my veterinarian that this pharmacist does compounding scripts to

The pharmacy is very disorganized, I brought in a new prescription (compound) I understand that it takes about a week to get the medications and then process the formula. They told me that they were not sure when it would be done and to check back, I stopped by (I live out of town) three times all three times it was not ready, I called and they told me that it would be done on Saturday, I stopped by early afternoon Saturday and it was not ready, they said that they would call me. They called me 5 minutes before closing said it was ready. I was unable to get there in time so I arrived 9:30 Monday

i went to this location to pick up a prescription. I was told they opened at 9:00 am. I arrived at 9:00 am, went to the pharmacy area where another customer was waiting. A young lady was behind the counter getting things set up for the day, the doors were still closed and locked. The other customer and I waited, knowing morning routines sometimes take a bit, and it was first thing. At about 9:17, the other customer asked about when the pharmacists would be in, and was told " I'm sorry, I don't know". I decided to wait a bit longer, I didn't

This used to be a wonderful pharmacy to have downtown. Over the past few years, it has steadily declined. There has been a lot of employee turnover which has led to many, many mistakes. Recently, my prescription was even given to the wrong person and it took the technician 2 days to fix the error. I never even received an apology from the owner.
