Excellent! A fantastic experience all the way around. The owner, Xavier, immediately picked up the call or called back within 20 minutes. Big Bounce Party Rentals is his primary business and he gives it his full attention. We ordered a bouncy house, a few tables and chairs for my 17 year old daughter's birthday party. Xavier answered all my questions about insurance, set up and inflatable recommendations, and he was spot on with all the answers. He arrived early, set up was snap, and the bouncy house was clean, durable and just what we needed for a party of teenage girls. What a great person
