Excellent company and great employees. C&C moved our family out of our long time home and into a new house. Curtis was very responsive and accommodating giving us a quote and the crew that moved us was fast, professional and enjoyable to be around. We moved a lot of stuff and these guys treated it like their own. They also made it clear that we were the customer and to be sure we were happy with where furniture and belongings ended up in the new house. They even happily relocated certain things as we changed our minds.

We reached out to C&C Movers to inquire about my sister moving from Beverly to Gloucester. The owner Charlie reached back out very promptly and was super helpful - he was able to get us booked on our ideal date, and their price was about half the cost of other companies we reached out to. Day-of they were fantastic - both apartments had a ton of stairs and were not easy to move items in and out of, but the movers were so helpful, positive and kind the entire time. We would highly recommend and would use them again!

The Worst!! STAY AWAY!!! Charlie, the owner, will yes you and tell you they can absolutely do whatever it is you need done but when move time comes charges cash upcharges and actually called after all positions were on truck and threatened to dump stuff on highway if we did not pay. completely unprofessional, rude and condescending. If I was the IRS I would be scrutinizing his books!! F- STAY AWAY!!!

I will start by saying that the crew who loaded and offloaded our stuff for our move from Beverly to Boxford were amazing and did an excellent job. The reason I am giving 3 stars rather than 5 stars is because of our unfortunate interaction with Charles, one of the owners. I'll try to keep this short but essentially Charles and a few other guys went to our home we were moving from with an empty truck to pick up some outdoor equipment (kids' geodome, kayaks, and an A-frame). When they tried to put the geodome in the truck as it was, it wouldn't fit. Rather than call us to see if we'd like to have

Thoroughly disappointed in C&C Moves I have used this company 4 times in the past to move my furniture, my mom twice and referred numerous others. The move was great but.. .If something gets broken by one of their movers, be prepared for the owner not to do anything about it. I was told, its a pandemic, when my coffee table was broken into 2… pieces. Nothing was done.... I just received contentious emails stating it wasn't his issue and his insurance wouldn't cover it. If my table wasn't taken apart (it wasn't made to come apart) it wouldn't have been broken, and I wouldn't be asking

Moving during a pandemic was not my first choice but alas here I was. I am so glad I hired this company. They were so good to work with. The gentlemen were kind and personable but very efficient. Masked and clean and very much cared about what I wanted where and being safe with my belongings. Would highly recommend and though I hope I don’t have to move again for a while I would hire them again if I did.

I have used C&C Moves three times now, and I can't say enough great things about them. Curtis (and previously Charlie) always has prompt and excellent communication within a couple hours of my inquiries, gives accurate estimates and checks in before the move. The movers are friendly, very experienced and work quickly and efficiently. I moved out of Melrose today and the thought of going with a different company made me nervous, there are a lot of shady movers out there! These guys were truly the best movers I’ve ever witnessed. (I’ve seen a lot) They were on time, super friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. I expected them to just take furniture and they gladly volunteered to take all boxes, bags and everything else in our old place right when they walked in the door. They were SO quick while being careful with our belongings, I was so impressed. Great prices for great work!!! From now on these are the only guys I’ll call, and I’ll make sure to send anyone I know moving their way! You guys are the best!!

Seemed very nice in the phone. We were looking to have two separate moves going to one residence. The move from MA was an onsite quote. The one from NH was a guesstimate over the phone. I was told if I wanted an onsite quote I would have to pay travel time of 2 hours at I think $120 an hour. Strike #1.
The CASH ONLY on both of the quotes was the huge red flag and not a company I would ever do business with. You have ZERO recourse if something goes wrong and cash is the form of payment. Strike #2.
Also, who would feel comfortable walking around with $2000+ in cash? Nuts!

I had what I thought would be an easy move from Salem to Marblehead...which of course got complicated with one particular large dresser on the second floor that seemed to have grown since it was originally placed there. The team from C & C took were extremely conscientious and somehow managed to navigate the extremely heavy piece down the stairs without a scratch!
Matt, Dan, and Brad were outstanding during the entire move. They arrived right on time, worked hard and professionally, and had a great attitude. Cannot have been more pleased.

I price-shopped, and inquired with a bunch of different moving companies before selecting them. For what we were looking for, (a small bedroom move), C&C was great for the job.
Charlie (owner) was incredibly responsive... got back to me right away with an estimate, and had answers to all of my stupid questions leading up to the move.
Unfortunately they did arrive 30 minutes late, but I'm not going to dock them a point for this. He was apologetic and responded quickly when I called to inquire of his whereabouts.
The only other odd fact was
