Like others, I received a collection notice, not a bill. I even called the hospital, twice, asking for a bill--they said they didn't have any. Fortunately, my credit wasn't hurt, but as soon as I paid the creditor, I got a bill from Infinity HealthCare, which doesn't even bother to put a phone number on their statements. I'll be reporting this to the BBB. It was Ascension Health Care's ER doctor (Prospect Ave. in Milwaukee). Dr. Riepenhoff.

Absolutely shameful billing tactics and behavior. I received absolutely ZERO statements, yet I was sent to collections. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I’m horrified that an otherwise fantastic experience with my physicians is now tarnished with the most atrocious billing on the planet. Customer service will kick you around, give zero answers, and inappropriate resolution. I would give this facility negative stars if it were an option. I’ve never been more disappointed or unsatisfied with a business in my entire life.

If I could rate it a negative 10, I would. You practice deceptive billing processes and you violated my ADA rights. I am filing an official complaint with the DOJ along with seeking legal help to stop you. You are a disgrace to the medical field.

Terrible billing office. Recorded my address wrong from the hospital, never sent me a bill, then sold to collections with no notice. Will never use any medical professional affiliated with this incompetent organization.

I went to Urgent Care for a broken toe. On top of the bill I received from Columbia St. Mary's Urgent Care and Wisconsin Radiology, Infinity Healthcare Services charged me a total of $1,238 for literally pricking my toe with a needle to drain the blood and putting a band-aid on it. I disputed the charges and they denied my dispute -- terrible customer service to boot. Highway robbery - shame on you!

Sadly they will more than likely continue to flourish. Their customer service billing reception is absolutely rude! I never denied payment! Solely attempting to alleviate an insurance issue and notified them of where I was in the paperwork process! I offered the open claim number while waiting on additional paperwork from a physician and the way these reps respond is nothing short of attitude, snarky tones and not letting you get a word in edge wise! I will never go back to the hospital that we received treatment at! Solely because they decided to employ people who have no idea what professionalism

My significant other has had a uphill battle with legal jargon and loopholes of "contact this person" and "contact this person" in trying to get this billing company to accept out of state Medicaid and keep communication with both hospital and insurance. I mean we all know you just want the bill paid right? then it would only be common sense that you would work with the insurance company. Instead of throwing her through a loop with "your missing this or your missing that" after spending HOURS of phone calls for nothing EVERY DAY she is. I am a U.S Army veteran and I swear you guys are worse than

Paid off bill in full directly with Columbia St Mary's. Months afterwards I keep receiving letters from Infinity Health Physicians demanding payment for some mysterious charges I have from visiting the hospital on a DIFFERENT DATE then when I actually did. They also want a different amount then what I paid Columbia St Mary's directly. Glad I kept records, because they try to scam you out of money by harassing you.

I paid off my bill a couple months after being in the hospital and of course 2 years later all of a sudden it pops up on my credit report. No notification of any accounts in collection. No mail. No phone calls. This place is awful!
