Services
At Eppard Orthodontics we are committed to making your orthodontic experience an enjoyable one. We know your time is valuable. Our initial complimentary consultation consists of a comprehensive examination to include digital X-rays to ensure that Dr. Eppard can provide you with a detailed orthodontic problem list at your very first visit.
Our team loves creating beautiful smiles for children and adults in Culpeper and the surrounding counties of Orange, Madison, Louisa, Rappahannock, and Greene. With a combined 115 years of orthodontic experience, Team Eppard is highly skilled and knowledgable. Our focus is on providing orthodontic care in a fun, friendly, and caring environment.
Dr. Holly Eppard grew up in the rural town of Stanardsville, VA and graduated from William Monroe High School in 1999. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Tech in 2003. Following her undergraduate experience, she worked as a research technician in the Department of Neuroscience at the University of Virginia.
The American Association of Orthodontists recommend your child see an orthodontist by age 7. Although many children will not require braces at an early age, for some an early orthodontic treatment is needed to prevent or intercept developing problems. Our observation visits are complimentary and provide you with peace of mind that your child is on the right track.
Timing is critical! Your orthodontist is also a specialist in dentofacial orthopedics and trained to utilize the growth of your child's facial bones to attain the proper balance between the upper and lower jaws. Adolescence is often the most appropriate time to adequately achieve this facial balance.

My sons case was extremely complex. He had asymmetrical jaw growth & extreme pain associated with it. He needed jaw surgery. Dr Eppard took multiple scans & molds of his mouth & jaw. She had an opinion of what needed to occur but took it to a panel of oral surgeons to review. She got us in touch with an amazing oral surgeon that worked very closely with her. My son had his surgery (braces were needed for this process) . He is now pain free ! Dr Eppard was so caring and wanted him to have the best outcome possible. I will forever appreciate all of her skill and determination

My daughter got top and bottom braces here 6 months ago. When they were first put on the process was absolutely flawless. Every 6 weeks we go back for adjustments, etc., and there is NEVER a wait longer than 5 minutes. Eppard is run VERY professionally and smoothly every visit, like a well oiled machine. The staff is phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Other Doctor Office should take notes of how this business is run. Businesses like this are RARE!
On the rare occasion there is any issue whatsoever with a bracket or wire, the get you in immediately and fix the issue!
