Steve and Karen bought H & H Septic Service in 1978 and have been growing as a company ever since.

These dudes, Paul and Jon, roll up Wednesday morning. I'm terrified because I haven't been able to use my water for a few days in the house. Now keep in mind it's the middle of winter just coming out of our second or third -20 degree day. Jon through the majesty of experience and determination manages to thread the needle in a full septic tank to get into the frozen pipe to the drain field. I'm no actuarial scientist but if I had to make some odds up on the spot I'd probably go with 1 in 78,265. Jon's experience is what you pay for people...and it's worth every penny. Terrible company. Paid for a sewer lateral. The report they gave was the complete opposite of the actual situation. Tech said "pipe is Orangeburg and crushed." He wasn't able to get to the street. A different company came to inspect. The pipe is actually clay tile and they were able to get to the street, no collapse. Called H&H. Tech came back, inspected, admitted he was wrong. I was then billed for a SECOND sewer lateral inspection. I emailed that I would not pay and received no response. Now I'm getting a lawyer. I'd rather pay 100x the bill in legal fees than give these crooks another penny

Terrible bookkeeping services. We offered to pay on-site and were told "we'll bill you." We were never billed (or, more likely, they sent the bills to our other property that they had been servicing for years but has no working mailing address). Twenty months later (after this small repair was completely off our radar because we usually paid on-site), we received court summons! No courtesy call after being customers who paid on-site for years. Just sued us with copied bills that showed our current address but somehow never arrived here. We immediately paid the requested amount PLUS late fees. A

Terrible customer service! 3 months later and still waiting for our bill. Numerous phone calls without a call back. Lady gave us the run around when they do answer saying she mailed out blah blah blah. Will never have them pump my septic again. Treat customers poorly and never return messages. Piss poor attitudes everytime.

From the girl that answered the phone, to the man that cam out to the house, the service we received was excellent! Friendly, helpful, fast, and the price was more than fair. H&H will be the only one I call from now on as they have earned our loyalty. I will recommend them to anyone I know that has a septic system.
