Sara did a great job and this was the most thorough inspection I’ve ever had. She did a great job of letting you know what areas that could have potential issues down the road and how to mitigate them before they become problems. Very much worth the money in my opinion.

In all the years I’ve been buying houses quality inspectors are hard to find Sara was amazing! I absolutely recommend her for your home inspection. She found things with our home purchase that saved us from financial ruin. If it wasn’t for her knowledge and ability to give an unbiased and accurate description of what’s going on with a home we would have purchased a house with major hidden issues.

*****By far, the BEST in the BUSINESS *****Sara was outstanding from the first call! She scheduled us for an inspection at her earliest convenience. When we arrived at the property, she had a ladder to the roof, she had been under the house and even throughly checked the structure both inside and out. Considering the home was occupied, she noticed things that I wouldn’t have. She had the 98 pages of detailed descriptions and photos explaining the report by the same evening! She was patient with walking me through the information I needed to know and answered any questions I had. I had previously requested her services for another house I had made an offer on.
