TALENT are everything you need and want when your computer
has a virus or seems tired and lifeless. My laptop, had.....in my
opinion DIED...............could open it, but there were all sorts of
pop ups and weird things happening. I couldn't get into my
e-mail at all...............my mouse had suddenly gone crazy, and
it would turn on and off on its own. The craziest behavior I had
seen since purchasing it 8 years ago. Took it to Action Computers,
and I am smiling now. Not only are they talented computer wiz
individuals, they have OVER

I went here because my laptop screen was messing up and case was broken. The man who helped us (it's been about a month, so I'm sorry to say I don't remember his name now) obviously knew what he was talking about. He took his time looking at it while I was there to determine if it could be fixed. By the time I arrived at his shop, my laptop wouldn't turn on, which was a big surprise to me. Very disappointing. He recommended getting a new computer rather than paying to have my laptop fixed. Then he took the time to give me advice about some good computers in my price range. I highly recommend this

The highest level of service that can only be found in Texas by people that care! They took care of my elderly mother's hardware problem efficiently and economically. If you have an elderly parent or anyone who is not knowledgeable about computers living in Granbuy, call this business! They are friendly, professional, and you will be thrilled with the experience! That being said, here's the story:

Action Computers removed my virus in a reasonable time, (one day) for 200.00, less $20 coupon. But my computer does not work the same, had to research and replace ALL of my many bookmarks, and many of my games are not working correctly. Called Action computers days ago and still waiting for a return call. I don't think they want my business. 6/30/2011
