We offer a live auction feed to our internet bidders. No matter your location, you can have a front row look at each item up for bid. With our resources, we are able to bring sellers a fair market value for their items while upholding our high levels of integrity and confidence. We have a full-time, knowledgeable staff available Monday through Friday from 10am until 5pm.

Services
Each auction will have an illustrated internet catalogue including photos, description and estimates. Items will be available for public exhibition in our salesroom on a specified day prior to each sale. Accepted forms of payment include cash, check, Visa, Mastercard and wire transfer. Invoices greater than $2,000 require payment by certified check, bank check or wire transfer only.
The first step in selling property at auction is to obtain a free informal appraisal of the item. The figure is based upon the specialist's expertise and knowledge of what similar items are fetching in the current auction market. We are pleased to meet with you in person to evaluate your items. Alternatively, you may e-mail us photos of your items along with dimensions and any other information you may have.
All property offered and sold through Antiques & Modern Auction, LLC, ("Auctioneer", or "Broker", or the "Company") shall be offered and sold on the terms and conditions set forth in these Conditions of Sale. You might think that your winning bid was a good by, but after adding in the 25% buyers premium & an outside shipper's fees, you'll be having 2nd thoughts. But too late, cuz you already own it!
Here's a real life example;
Bought 2 items at $60 ea. So a purchase of $120. Then add in $15 ea for the Buyers premium + $30. Now add in the $35 that Eagle shipping charged and your $120 purchase now costs $185. That's a 54% increase over What you had bid!
Yes, I know there's a BP going into the auction & I know it's going to cost extra to ship. But you would think after paying a 25% BP, that the auction
