Super awesome stuff very nice the lady Amber taught me a lesson thank you and now the guy that hit me trying to run not paying for the damage when he hits me in the back deal Street in EG miles on the 1st of October. Didn't call the police cuz he's well-known good advice always call the police when you get hit regardless who it is

We went to fix a minor gap on our Honda bumper when we went there for an estaminet the guy tried telling us we needed to replace the whole bumper for $840 (with military discount) obviously over charging us luckily we went to muse collision center afterwards and they did a great job! Good work for a good price fixing our simple issue at hand $50 total. I don’t recommend doing business with these people.

Mach1 changed headlight among other things. They did not install the light bulb rubber covers causing the new headlight to allow bugs and condensation in it. Mach1 unwilling to fix their mistake saying that for parts warranty to contact the insurance. $25 value!! Also, car had a rattle in a door that Mach1 replaced the face. They fixed this issue and said that they had forgotten to tighten something.

DON'T GO TO THIS BODY SHOP! This company doesn't even deserve any stars to be honest. Normally I don't do reviews, but this one was necessary. If you want to spare the stress, do not drop your car off here. I should've read the reviews before choosing this shop to repair my vehicle. I dropped my car off on the 12th of November and it was supposed to be ready on the 16th of November. As I followed up, they changed the scheduled date of pick up each week. My car has taken so long to be finished. Everyday the estimated time is "the next day." Eventually after lying and saying the next day so much they just stop updating you and you have to constantly reach out to them. My car has been in the same spot. They aren't even touching it. I'm looking at it as I type this. If your insurance or geico recommend this place kindly decline. This is beyond frustrating for someone who takes time seriously. Bad enough you have to pay them so much for them to take as long as they want.

I was not going to write a review because mistakes happen which I do understand but no.. They will literally just stop updating you on your vehicle once they have it longer than they claim they will. Then when you call to check on it, it’s like you get an attitude for checking on your vehicle that THEY claimed would be ready. They broke my baby’s car seat mirror and tried to tell me that it wasn’t in my car in the first place. Attitude and all over the phone. Talking over me as if I’m just seeing things.. Work was not done in a timely fashion. Day I was suppose to get the car I was told the owner had to take it apart and put it back together because another employee did it incorrectly. Was told it would be done the next day, then the next day, then the next day. (Aliment takes 20mins. Does not take all day) The women at the front were understanding of my frustation. This is why I give two stars and not one.
