My daughter got in an accident the week before Christmas, I was extremely worried about the timelines needed to complete the repairs on her car. I say this because as a young adult she depends on her insurance to cover these costs. She only had 30 days worth of coverage on a rental car and would need her car back prior to that coverage running out. Again during this 30 day period was both Christmas and New Years!
I spoke with Tim about this and he told me he would do his best to meet this requirement. I can say enough about Tim and his people, they ran into problems on three different occasions

I needed some repair work after shingles hit my car during a hurricane. Everyone at Cockrell's was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Lee answered every question I had and kept me updated with what was happening. I really appreciated him. Cockrell's did a great job repairing my car. It looks brand new! I highly recommend Cockrell's for any auto body repair you may need.

Lee took excellent care of me! My hubby wrecked my Honda Civic and I was devastated. Bc I only had liability insurance, we had to pay out of pocket to get my car fixed!
Lee was great bc he let me bring in my own parts for my car. He sat down with me with a list of parts I needed for my car and the cost of each part along with the product number.
I was able to purchase most of my part aftermarket. There were a few items that needed to be OEM but most were aftermarket.
I ended up save almost $2000 just by bringing in my own parts! He was more than happy to do it for me!

I wish I didn't have to give this place one star, because they are truly unworthy of that.
