When Coastal started in the commercial fountain business in 1988, we were based in a 400 square foot office space. Our catalog was the PEM catalog - approximately 1/8\ thick. We are now in our 40,000 square foot warehouse with catalogs from over 350 manufacturers that total over 47 feet thick!

We are very proud of this latest project of consolidating these tens of thousand of pages into a readable and usable catalog of the most important products for our market.Our primary goal is to have \"Everything for the Pond that doesn't need to be fed, \" and \"Everything for the Fountain except the water, \" and to have it for you in stock and at the right price.

I never write reviews but this was absolutely abysmal experience. The owner is a grouchy old lady that has no idea what customer service is. Never again, and I’ll make sure my pond contractor will not use any of the supplies from this shoddy outfit. Stay away.

Find another place to shop. Unless you want to hassled on a return and then made to feel stupid as to why you are returning something you said clearly don't need or won't work for you. Suggestion was to "donate it" because we can't take it back.
Never buying or suggesting anyone buy from here.
Buy the way the treat shoppers, they probably don't care for the reviews or anyone that walks in.

Purchased a large sheet of Permalon, Permalon tape and double stick tar tape for a DYI waterproof under deck.
Lynn was fantastic helping me select the right products and the prices kept me less than half of the commercial offerings.

The staff was very frieny and helped me with everything I needed for a pond. They walked me through the process and steps to build my pond and even helped me find the most reasonably priced items for my project. I will definitely be going back

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I have to take a few minutes to share how wonderful the staff is at Coastal. The ladies up front are very nice and extremely helpful. Their prices can't be beat! If you do find something cheaper, they will not only match, but in my experience, they will blow the competition out of the water. Coastal should be your go to place for all your pond needs.
