This is the 4th or 5th time that I have used this amazing company. It had been a while and I know they have had thousands of customers since me but they still remembered me. I had them fully detail the interior of my daughter's 2014 Corolla which was a disaster area to say the least. They spent 2 hours in the hot sun working on her car and after meeting with me left for the day. I let the car dry and noticed that there were a few things not taken care of. I contacted them and we set an appointment to take care of it. They were true to their word and came over the following week and made it right

I can honestly say that I have never been satisfied with any level of detailing in the past. The service was amazing, the guys were respectful and kind. They showed up on time and took pride in their work. My car looks better than it did the day I bought it. It smells amazing also. Super impressed and will be using them again. I love that I was able to call and get someone here immediately and just step out my back door into a clean car without having to go in town and sit for hours.

This company tinted my last vehicle and did a great job. However, this time around, I am very disappointed. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to get an appointment scheduled for over a week. I have called and left voicemail's, sent emails and finally spoke to someone who couldn't help me (but was going to have someone call me back).... This was 3 days ago and nothing. It's unfortunate but I will need to take my business to someone that can get back to a customer in a timely manner.

I had booked an appointment and no one ever showed up. I called the customer service line that day and left a message. No one called back. I followed up via email later that day. It took 5 days to receive a reply via email, claiming their "systems were down last week and this week due to an unscheduled outage and a few appointments did not transfer to our new system." I had moms car washed . I paid $170 and even a little more cause the guy said he didn't have change , $2 short so I said it was fine . Mom has a benz , normal car . Def was NOT that dirty ! I ordered a detail from these guys and they did an awesome job. They brought their own water and supplies. Their were two guys that worked on my vehicle and I am very pleased. They showed up on time and went right to work. I scheduled in a 11-1pm window they arrived around 12noon and were done by 1:15p. I ordered the #6. You should try them out if you are looking for a mobile service with professional people. Hats off to Elite!

A month has gone by and not even a call to explain. Total schleps!!! Not sure how these guys stay in business. I spoke to a guy at the mount Juliet car wash and he was surprised and said that they won't recommend them any longer. A customer overheard me and came up to me and told me that these guys did the same thing to him and this was after they rescheduled with him. Obviously just some guys making it say to say and don't even care to respond to their reviews or offer a Apology. Lesson Learned...

We made in order with Elite to have our front lobby windows tinted and our front entry door way as well. Our experience was magnificent from scheduling to the installation. They came out measured our windows and installed the film we requested in less than an hour. Amazing work from an amazing team. We highly recommend you try these guys if you are in need of any window film installations. The staff was very friendly, professional and does great work.

The things they do with your vehicle can only be described as magical. They are very professional, respectful, and showed great care for my vehicle. I had them detail my 2007 Chevy Tahoe that I just bought. When I bought it, it was a complete mess from the previous owner. After they spent a couple hours with it, it look like a new vehicle. The came out to where I work in Cool Springs and completed the job. The woman on the phone, who scheduled my appointment was very professional and thorough and did a great job explaining the various detailing packages and pricing. I would gladly recommend using

I called first thing on Monday morning and requested a same day appointment for auto detailing. The customer service was outstanding. The mobile service arrived on time and completed the detailing within two hours. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly. I will most definitely use them again!

I scheduled a mobile appointment between 9-11 with them. I called at 12 and they said they were running late and would be here by 1. I called at 2 and they said they would check on the problem and call me right back. It is 3:30 and I have still not heard back from them and all I get is their voicemail when I call. Everything looked pretty clean when they were finished. But, there were white soapy splotches leftover in several places. I could see the corners of the rear window were untouched. The rear view mirror was untouched. I had a guy in my car after the detail was done who previously did detail work for Enterprise, and he actually rated the detail as lousy. Probably not the best detail I've gotten. Would not recommend.

I bought the Living Social deal from them and called in as soon as the deal was ready. While their business is mobile the deal was not and I was told to come down to Dickerson Pike to get my detailing done. The area was a little on the unpolished side and there were two gentlemen who were getting set to watch Bad Boys 2 on a Roku box when I walked in.
