Have to say my wife and I had such a positive experience working with Polly. Even though we did not buy in Lake James, NC she could not have been more helpful in our search for a building lot, she walked the lots with us top to bottom in the heat and rain for several days. She not only knows the real estate market but has a very strong knowledge of the construction of existing and new homes which is crucial in our opinion.
