They did a good job, but when it came to choosing what package I wanted they suddenly couldn't understand English well. Asked for a $30 pedicure and after some awkward back and forth in broken English they billed me $50. Yet every conversation before that went just fine. Seemed purposeful but I don't want to assume the worst. The pedicure itself was very nice, so it was still a pleasant experience, but given the suspicious billing conversation I don't see myself coming back here often.

If I could rate this as high as a 10 it would be a 10! My daughter got a gift card here. The nail tech was very attentive and amazing at his job. I will show a image of the nails she wanted and the nails she got. I in fact think the nails look better then the original! There was no rushing like other nail salons tend to do.

I have been to so many nail salons in the augusta/ evans area and none of them did that well, so when i came to Ocean Nail & Spa i didn’t have very high expectations. after going there for the first time i am beyond impressed with the quality of my nails. this is the first time i’ve had my nails be exactly how i wanted them. they took their time with each nail and made sure every nail matched eachother. i will be going there from now on. i highly recommend them.

I'm usually pleased and typically only come in for my nails but decided to go with an organic pedicure. The process was great and products were amazing but the whole process was rushed. I got ZERO time to soak my feet, he just jumped right in to work so I never got any time to enjoy the jacuzzi portion. I've never had this experience before. My nails came out great and I'd planned to use a nice perk I received in an email for my birthday 8/16/21 for 15% what I didn't know is you only get four days to use it. I don't know if it's just me or what but I actually work

Will never go back! I came in with my nails looking beautiful (the first picture with pink nails that a different salon did). I did not want anything changed but the color. I asked the technician to please not change the shape as I love my shape. I asked for a French manicure (shown in the second picture) not quit as round, but still natural looking. After an hour and a half of sitting in her chair, she continued to mess my nails up more and more. I kept stopping her and asking her to please fix it. After a while I just wanted out of the chair.

This place is usually busy and I don't mind the wait because I feel with patience and the amount of money you pay here the quality should be at least average. I had a pedicure done, I said numerous times gel but I did not get gel. And even just the regular polish pedicure is a disappointment. As soon as the lady was done, the polish looked rough in texture and uneven on the nail. When she put my sandals back on the polish was wet and instead of sitting me somewhere that would dry them they sent me to wait at the manicure station. So now I will be out more money to have them polished again.

I come here to get my lashes done. The pricing is comparable to my previous shop BUT the quality is better. This shop actually cleans my lashes before every install AND every refill. The lash tech takes her time! While the ambiance and small talk that I'm used to isn't here, I'm more grateful for the fact that my lashes stay on! I highly recommend!

My wife and I went to your salon a week ago, the prices were rated for top quality acrylic nails and we received beyond bottom quality products.
The staff was friendly and accommodating while we were there, however within weeks of leaving the acrylic nails were chipping and falling to pieces.
We paid $150 for nails that fell apart in. One week. I am clearly uneducated on the steep price of manufacturing, shipping, and handling of plastic that weighs less than a quarter cent piece. Maybe the glue needed is handmade in the back?

Do not go here! They are Horrible! RIP OFF! Charged my daughter $50 for a FILL IN and did a horrible job! Looked messy and nothing like requested. When asked to fix the polish - they refused stating they look fine. The second picture is what she wanted and the first picture is what she got. Unbelievable.

The first time I came was a Mother's Day treat to myself. It was also a few days before a trip to Disney so I really wanted to get pampered like the queen I know I am. I had the organic detox volcano pedicure with the tropical citrus scent with regular polish and sns on my natural nails.

Went here a few weeks ago to have French SNS. The nail tech cut me several times and didn't apologize once. I asked for square shape with round edges and he filed them in on the sides so much that when it was growing out you could see my nails underneath. My nails didn't even last longer than a week. They were lifting and cracking. I've gotten SNS done for years and have never had them lift and crack like these did. I just recently moved to Evans and received a gift certificate to this nail salon/spa in the mail (along with other gift certificates). Overall, my experience was exceptional. I went in for a fill-in and pedicure. I brought my six year old to get a mani-pedi. Her service was excellent. My fill-in was done by a man named Cris. He did very well. He was thorough and neat. Now my pedicure on the other hand was the worst experience I've ever had. It was done by a skinny lady whose name is Pheiung (I think? She wrote it illegibly on the receipt). She was rushing. Very clean establishment. The individual who did my pedicure was very attentive, took his time, the foot massage was excellent. They offer you water or soda when you first sit down. Pricing was affordable and I loved the outcome. If you sign up for text messages they will send you discount codes which is great!

I am very particular. I asked for IBD and lo and behold they have IBD. I wasn't coerced into SNS as had been my experience with many nail shops since I relocated from up North. I wish they carried Perfect Match brand gel polish, but I was satisfied with the DC brand. The technician Paul did very well. I have to say first time not getting annoyed when getting my nails done in the CSRA. I intend to return again. Hope I continue to receive the same level of service. Job well done!!

OMG! Over-rated. The guy who worked on me was really inexperienced and spoke in his native tongue the entire time to the point where the more experienced employee said that he talks too much.
The wax and towels were way too hot. Filing a nail you would think is elementary but he had to ask if it was okay and no it wasn't. It was slanted and crooked and a mess. Real unprofessional paint job as well. The place is way too bright. I go to relax and unwind and was unable to do either.

I came for a vacation to visit my family I will definitely be coming back here when I come in town for my fills. Paul is absolutely amazing made me feel as if I was back home with my regular salon. I was so upset because of the job another salon did I was in desperate need of making myself feel better and he did the trick, also my daughter sat right next to me and was able to chat the whole time she loved it too, and didn't even get any service maybe next time , she's a little shy thank you Paul my nails haven't looked this good in a while, my salon back home is gonna be so jealous

First off let me start by saying that this nail salon is beautiful! It's by far one of the nicest in the area.
I'm giving them three out of five stars for several reasons...
I chose this location because it was new, had decent reviews on Yelp & Facebook and they offering 20% off services for first time customers when you checked in using Yelp. I was extremely disappointed and pissed when I checked out because I was told that the 20% off was no longer available even though it was still showing up on Yelp. I would have thought that he would have honored it since it was still showing

I recently moved to the area and make it a point to try out the nearest nail places. Ocean's did not disappoint and, in fact, surpassed my expectations. The locale is brand new and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly nice, greeting me and offering me a drink as soon as I walked in.
