This was the second time I had my oil changed here and it WILL be the last! We were charged $40 the first time for an oil change then return again and it's $80???? Her explanation was ,"they must have done something wrong last time cause the computer tells me full synthetic and that's what I'm paying for full synthetic oil".
I explained to this uneducated human that that was incorrect on her part and we will not be returning to her establishment nor recommending to anyone.
I get that times are tough...but DO NOT STEAL FROM PEOPLE!!!!!!!

While traveling on our first day of vacation from Florida, i hit a limb that punctured our radiator. We limped into Waycaster fearing the worse, and Kevin and his team saved our vacation. It took some time , but they found a new radiator and fixed our car. Highly professional, they could have taken advantage of our situation but they choose to pay it forward. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency while on vacation with our RV over Memorial Day weekend. Our emergency road service company was unable to find a company to provide us with roadside service. Waycaster took us in without any appointment and repaired our tire for under 30 minutes and under $25. The staff was honest, friendly, professional and competent. We’re recommending that our emergency roadside contractor add Waycaster to their portfolio of providers.

The best service and nicest people work there.sent my father there .He said that the crew there was no joke when it comes to any car or truck including imports. And being a little, family owned business ,and run by Audrey Waycaster ? Yes I did say Audrey,that's right a woman!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value
Not only did they not listen to me, they did not correctly fix my truck ending up costing me more to have another mechanic to fix it. They also priced my parts at 4x the original price. I understand price mark up but 4x???
